TAKE NOTE (BOOK HERE)
- Minimum stay is two nights.
- The apartment accommodates 02 adults + 02 kids or 03 adults only.
- Check-in 1300 hours and check-out time is 1100 hours.
- For confirmed reservations upfront payment of 50% rental or 100% rental tariff needs to be made at the time of booking online. 2000/- (INR) interest free refundable damage deposit can be given on reaching the apt. Details published by email. The remaining 50%h can be done online a day or two prior to travel (we avoid cash transactions at the site).
- The interest free refundable damage deposit (2000/-) is refunded at the time of check out after the management confirms no-damage and no-loss to the house.
- Damage noticed during check-out will be charged accordingly and adjusted against the damage deposit. Guests are requested to oblige the management in this procedure and give a mandatory minimum of an hour's notice to the security.

- Indian guests please produce copies of a address and photo identity card (PAN card or passport) at the time of check-in or as soft copy to my email. International guests need to do a C form verification.
- Pick-up and drop can positively be arranged. So can be hired cabs (chauffeured and self-driven). These charges are not covered in the tariff.
- Wi Fi broadband via Ethernet Express is available for Internet access and is available at a standard nominal fee of 100/- up to four nights.
